Every day, smile at people, and if circumstances allow, speak a warm, friendly word to them. You will see people’s positive response to you and how powerful your smile is. You'll also see how developing an attitude of gratitude seems to add so much power.
I would suggest that by being grateful and saying ‘thank you’, it acts as a subconscious encouragement to the human spirit which is in each of us.
Today I want us to work on what seems to be people’s biggest challenge - ‘Deciding what you want’.
I have found that having a dream, a vision, an aspiration of what I want both in my personal life and in my working life has been the major key for my SUCCESS. If you already know what you want, that is wonderful, and I suggest you also do the exercise, as this would be a wonderful opportunity to put some substance around your vision.
IF YOU CAN DREAM IT, YOU CAN ACHIEVE IT.
From my experience, of asking many thousands of people, in the various organisations, "What do you want?" The most common answer is "I don’t know". We all seem to know what we don’t want, but not so many of us know what we do want.
So here is an exercise for you. I would suggest you write it down, as over the next two to three days, all the information you will create will help you build and create your dream and aspiration.
If you could do absolutely anything that you wanted, and you could not fail, if it was absolutely impossible for you to fail, what would you do?
Please write it down and reflect on what you have written.
