Before you get out of bed, spend whatever time is appropriate for you to start focussing on all the good things in your life - and there are a lot!
Many of you have been focussing on all the things you want and you don’t have, and they can smother and cover all the good things in your life. They are like weeds in a garden.
So now it is time to focus on weeding out those negative thoughts that don’t add value to you life, and focus on those blessings, people and things that contribute to your life – watch them grow, and be grateful. Just start with the things that are on top of your mind, and then start to remember how many people care about you, dare you say, love you?
The opportunities are waiting there for you, if only you are prepared to look.
I am sure that with each day as you do this exercise, you will discover more wonderful things available in your life. Like that you are capable of doing more with your life, and realising you have untapped potential. You have a lot to say "thank you" for.
