How to Tap Into Your Super Consciousness

In recent times there has been much written about the Law of Attraction. Because of my lengthy years on the planet, learning to create my reality by going from a government-owned council house, to a six bedroom mansion on a 50-acre piece of land, and being a keen student of discovering the secrets and mysteries of life, I know this as getting your Superconscious mind to activate.

My third exercise for you is this:
I want you to start putting your focus on ‘What is right with your world’.  Many of us human beings have a tendency to focus on what’s wrong with our life, and what we want and haven’t got. Then we wonder why we are continuing to get the things we do not want in our lives. 

The answer is simple "Where focus goes, energy flows." If we don’t like what we’re thinking and feeling, we need to change our thinking.

Here’s an exercise that I do every morning, for two to three minutes before I get out of bed. I think about all the blessings in my life: my wife, my sons, my granddaughters, my family, the things I love about the house I live in, the beauty of my wonderful garden, my amazing friends and how they positively add value to my life. The work I love to do, how it is a blessing to love what I do, and do what I love, my clients who want to lead their business from good to great. How blessed and grateful I am to be alive, to enjoy good health, and on and on it goes.  I have discovered that having an attitude of gratitude is not only very motivational, but I have found over time that doing this on a daily basis has increased not only the things I am grateful to have in my life, but I get more of what I already have.

And before I get out of bed, I say, "Something wonderful is going to happen to me today." And most days it does! This, I have realised, is because I have set it up through the thoughts I think. I am focussed on positive, wonderful things happening.

I discovered a number of years ago that I could, through my thoughts, chose the kind of day I had. I could make it a great day, or a grungy day. 

I HAD A CHOICE.

The other interesting thing I discovered is it did not take any more energy to have a great day, than have a ‘grungy’ day.
Also, the positive impact on me having a good day, gave me confidence about me.
