How is it fun being you?
Please set yourself a goal/target of how many people you will reach out to, smile at, say something nice to today. Challenge, STRETCH yourself.
Everytime you challenge yourself and take a risk by doing a different behaviour you would not normally do, you expand your comfort zone and with it your circle of influence in the world.
Go For It.
So many people’s faces are sullen, serious and often troubled. I know the power of a smile and a cheerful word can shift a person’s day. Changing your motion or another person’s motion, like getting them to smile, changes your or their emotion.
I discovered the power of having a HAPPY thought quite a number of years ago. It’s an easy little formula: ‘If you don’t like the way you feel, change your mind’ - (what you’re thinking).
