Flexibility as a leader: why it is so important for your success and transformation?
Why do you think you need to be flexible?
I found being flexible helped me create outstanding results. I am not talking about waffling around and not making decisions.
Successful people have to make decisions - sometimes the wrong ones. Leaders need to be flexible and adapt to the environment in which they are operating. This can create TRANSFORMATION.
Being flexible demonstrates that you are prepared to take prompt action and get on with the job, solving problems and capitalizing on opportunities. Having a good sense of humor, and having fun, is an important ingredient of flexibility. Being flexible allows us to enrol more people to our project that we want to achieve.
People who have a good personality usually demonstrate FLEXIBILITY and achieve success.
